width= device-width
by this attribute, browser set website to loading device width

initial-scale
initial-scale=1.0
initial-scale is a scale of the website, initial-scale sets the initial zoom level

maximum-scale
maximum-scale=1.0
Maximum-scale defines the maximum zoom.

minimum-scale
minimum-scale=1.0
Minimum-scale defines the minimum zoom.

user-scalable
user-scalable=1.0
User-scalable defines how much a user can zoom in or zoom out.
