how to install CocoaPods ?

Thanks for answer -- but after enter sado gem install cocoapods . after freezing terminal for some time it give me ERROR: Could not find a valid gem "cocoa pods" (>= 0), here is why: Unable to download data from https://rubygems.org/ - Errno::EHOSTUNREACH: No route to host - connect(2) (https://rubygems.org/quick/Marshal.4.8/cocoapods-1.0.1.gemspec.rz) - QuickIos

now find new problem -- ERROR: While executing gem ... (Gem::FilePermissionError) You do not have write permissions for the /Library/Ruby/Gems/2.0.0 directory - QuickIos

use -- sudo gem install cocoapods -n/usr/local/bin - ruby-rails
