You should not learn PHP , let me tell you why?PHP is a serverside language. and it will be used with simple web application development with HTML and CSS. it can be also used to make API and admin as well.
PHP is easy to learn but you should consider the below stuff before you make up your mind to learn PHP.
1. With PHP , You can not make a complex application
2. PHP is not a good candidate for developing desktop and mobile applications.
3. PHP is not a language of the future
if you want to learn Python then it good candidate for future use. Python is easy to learn and have lots of library for every job.

Python began at position 3 of the TIOBE list toward the start of 2021 and left behind the two Java and C to become number one on the TIOBE list. Python is perfect language to learn

Objective-C is a general-purpose, object-oriented programming language that is used at IOS apps or IOS applications.but its old language as compare to Swift , Swift more advanced than Objective-C so if you want to be ios developer then you should learn Swift instead of Objective-C
